Anexinet Acquires Acatar Consulting Group
Transaction enhances Anexinet’s e-Commerce business solutions offering
Media, PA – September 1, 2000 - Anexinet, a regional provider of e-commerce business solutions, today announced the acquisition of Acatar Consulting Group. This transaction enables Anexinet to offer a greater range of e-commerce solution deliverables, including enhanced project development and deployment capabilities.
The deal merges Acatar’s project management, web e-commerce/e-business solutions, and database re-purposing capabilities with Anexinet's existing products and services. Additionally, Acatar President Diego F. Calderin will join Tom Behlau and Patrick Sweeney as a principal of Anexinet.

With the acquisition, Anexinet will expand operations at a development center in Chadd's Ford, PA. Plans to relocate the company headquarters to a new site in the Greater Philadelphia region will be announced in the near future.
