Anexinet Acquires Advanced Development Group
IBM/Lotus Expertise Enhances Workflow and Knowledge Management Services
Philadelphia, PA – January 15, 2003 - Anexinet Corporation, a leading regional solutions provider based in Philadelphia, today announced the acquisition of Advanced Development Group, Inc. (ADG), an advanced business partner to Lotus and IBM specializing in providing enterprise-wide Lotus and Domino computing solutions. The acquisition enables the company to create a new Notes Practice, and extends Anexinet’s current service offerings, resources and development platforms.

Anexinet initially collaborated with ADG at SPX Corporation, a multi-industry, Fortune 500 company.
