Anexinet honored with Prestigious IBM Lotus Beacon Award
Messaging Migration Solution Selected as World's Best
Philadelphia, PA – February 18, 2003 - Anexinet Corporation, a leading regional solutions provider based in Philadelphia, today announced that its recently acquired Advanced Development Group, Inc. (ADG) has been awarded the IBM Lotus Beacon Award in the "Best Messaging Migration Solution" category at the ninth-annual Lotusphere Beacon Awards ceremony held in Orlando, Fla., at Lotusphere 2003. IBM Lotus Beacon Awards recognize IBM PartnerWorld business partners that specialize in Lotus software solutions and have excelled at providing quality products, innovative solutions and superior services to customers.
To help a large multi-national client quickly absorb new acquisitions into their single messaging environment, the company designed a repeatable methodology and tools that included fully automated processes and centralized tracking and management capabilities. More than 6,000 users were migrated to Lotus Domino on IBM eServer iSeries and Lotus Quickplace, with training provided through Lotus LearningSpace. In addition to rapid migration, the client saved more than $250,000 in its first year and over $320,000 in its second year in deployment and administration expenses.
