Vanguard ID Systems Selects Anexinet to Roll Out Enterprise-Focused CRM Solution Using Microsoft Technologies
Custom solution will enable bar code and RF device manufacturer

Philadelphia, PA - December 1, 2004 - Anexinet Corporation, a leading regional solutions provider, today announced that it will deliver a next-generation Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution for Vanguard ID Systems, manufacturer of custom-made bar code transaction devices, such as RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) cards, key tags, and labels.
The new system will integrate sales and customer service processes to provide accessible, easily shared information across all Vanguard ID Systems product lines. Custom modules will be developed—in conjunction with Microsoft® CRM software—to improve business processes in estimating and quoting, inventory control, order entry, production management and scheduling, shipping, and invoicing.
