Anexinet Names Dan Hagee and Todd Smith to Head New Lines of Business
Solutions integrator expands service offerings in Business Process Management and IT Infrastructure Security
Philadelphia, PA - February 2, 2005 - Anexinet Corporation, a leading regional solutions provider, today announced the additions of Dan Hagee and Todd Smith to expand two emerging lines of business. Mr. Hagee was named to head Anexinet's new Business Process Management (BPM) Solutions practice. Mr. Smith will lead the company's emerging Infrastructure and Security practice. Both Hagee and Smith will be responsible for building business relationships across three metropolitan sales regions—Philadelphia, New York City, and Washington, DC.

Dan Hagee brings over 20 years experience in the development and delivery of IT business solutions. Prior to Anexinet, Dan founded Helix Solutions, which specialized in technology marketing, project management, and recovery services. His background includes five years in various national security and digital intelligence roles with the U.S. Marine Corps, National Security Administration, and the U.S. State Department. In addition, Dan held senior IT management positions with Siemens Medical. Other experience includes leadership positions for design, development, sales, marketing, and delivery of B2C and B2B IT, e-business, and mobile computing solutions to Fortune 1000 companies.

Todd Smith, Director of Infrastructure and Security Solutions
Todd Smith joins Anexinet from managing infrastructure and security solutions at LiquidHub, a Philadelphia-based systems integrator and technology consultancy serving Fortune 1000 companies, government, and middle-market clients. Prior to that, Todd managed the infrastructure and security practice at Idea Integration (formerly Actium). Todd spent eight years in the design, development, and delivery of systems integration solutions with Unisys.
