Anexinet Acquires The Sycamore Group

Solution provider strengthens industry expertise in financial services, life sciences, and government sectors

PA - April 24, 2006 - Anexinet Corporation, a leading regional solutions provider, today announced that it has acquired The Sycamore Group, a Fort Washington, Pennsylvania firm that provides high-end software architecture and development outsourcing services to large and mid-size clients in financial services, life sciences, and government sectors. The acquisition complements Anexinet's own substantial capabilities in these markets.
