Anexinet Names VPs to Lead IT Solutions Practices
Growing solutions provider looks within to expand senior management staff
Philadelphia, PA - June 23, 2006 - Anexinet Corporation, a leading regional solutions provider, today announced the establishment of two key senior management positions, further signifying a continuing business expansion for the Philadelphia-based IT company. To fill the positions, Anexinet has promoted Mr. Paul Knight, formerly Practice Director for Microsoft Solutions, to Vice President of Technology Solutions; and Mr. Dan Hagee, formerly Practice Director of Business Process Management Solutions, to Vice President of Performance Solutions.

Paul Knight, Vice President of Technology Solutions
As VP Technology Solutions, Mr. Knight assumes management oversight for business solutions involving Enterprise Portals, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Business Intelligence (BI), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Enterprise Content Management (ECM). Mr. Knight has been with Anexinet for more than six years, starting with the company as a senior consultant.
Dan Hagee, Vice President of Performance Solutions
As VP Performance Solutions, Mr. Hagee assumes management oversight for business solutions spanning Strategy Management, IT Governance, Business Process Management (BPM), Quality Assurance (QA), and Business Continuity Planning (BCP). Mr. Hagee has been with Anexinet for more than three years and also started with the company as a senior consultant.
