Anexinet and Virtus Partners Merge as Single Technology Provider
Philadelphia-based IT solutions providers combine to expand the depth of expertise and quality of resources
Philadelphia, PA – April 17, 2008 – Anexinet Corporation, a premier Systems Integration firm, and Virtus Partners LLC, a leading infrastructure firm specializing in data center management and optimization, merged their businesses to deliver more expansive and stronger technology offerings for enterprise, mid-market, and government customers in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Together, the new company's expertise in infrastructure and security, application development, business intelligence and enterprise management, combined with well-established hardware and software vendor partnerships create a truly differentiated, single source for leading-edge information technology solutions.
Diego Calderin, currently CEO of Anexinet, will continue as President. John Connolly, currently CEO of Virtus Partners, will become CEO. Ken Foreman, currently the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Virtus Partners will retain these same duties with the combined company. John Parker will continue as Chief Technology Officer.
