Doug Paradis Joins Anexinet as
Chief Technology Officer

IT expert to lead company's Innovation Center and Data Center Optimization organization

Philadelphia, PA – May 26, 2009 – Anexinet Corporation, a systems integrator and technology management company today announced that Doug Paradis has joined the company as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Doug brings over 20 years experience in the technology industry focused on product design, organization and operational management, and development of strategic solutions that align information technology (IT) with business goals.

Doug will oversee Anexinet's Innovation Center—designed as collaborative R&D teams, to evaluate emerging technologies, industry trends, and produce solution accelerators to enhance the next generation of solution offerings. Doug will also support the growth, development and management of Anexinet's Data Center Optimization (DCO) organization which specializes in virtualization, business continuity, and enterprise systems management solutions.

Prior to joining Anexinet, Doug was the CTO and Vice President of Operations for Strategic Radar, a subsidiary of Decision Strategies Inc. Doug has also held senior technology management roles at Virtus Partners, Idea Integration, a division of MPS (NYSE:MPS), Actium, and GE (NYSE:GE). Doug holds a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Master's Degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. Doug and his family reside in Wayne, Pennsylvania.
