Anexinet Re-Architecture Solution Reduces Costs for the City of Philadelphia to Budget and Manage Capital Projects
A true success story, Anexinet consultants worked with the City of Philadelphia's Capital Program Office (CPO) to provide them with a much needed solution to their budgeting and capital project management challenges. Managing several hundred million dollars and executing thousands of City projects annually, the CPO faced difficulty managing critical tasks and business volumes in accordance with City regulations and CPO procedures. Excessive and costly manual intervention for both fund and project management in addition to the expensive support necessary for their legacy Budget Management System were largely to blame. To resolve these issues, Anexinet drew upon the latest technologies from Microsoft and Oracle, to build a new software platform which streamlines automated procedures, reduces operational costs, lowers the rate of attrition and empowers staff to improve productivity.
