Critical Success Factors for SOX Implementation
Your IT initiative for Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance is not a project with a finite end, but rather an ongoing part of corporate life. Typically, weak IT controls continue to hinder corporate governance and drive up compliance costs. John Bryer, Director of Anexinet's new Health Insurance Practice, identifies success factors for instituting effective IT controls essential for a successful SOX implementation. Download article.
SOX Solutions for Public and Private Companies
As specified in Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404, required controls on corporate reporting systems affect not only accounting and finance, but information technology as well. Even private companies can be subject to or have incentives for SOX compliance. Serving both public and private sectors, Anexinet provides the services of an experienced SOX partner with solutions that engage external auditors, focus on areas at greatest risk for misstatement, and reduce ongoing compliance costs.
