Payment
Anexinet Corp. will accept signed Purchase Orders, Personal and Corporate Checks. Please make checks payable to Anexinet Corp. All checks and purchase orders must be mailed to the attention of Barbara Jamison at Anexinet Corp., 1040 First Avenue, Suite 108, King of Prussia, PA 19406. Purchase orders must include specific invoicing instructions. Payments for all invoices are due within thirty days of the invoice date.
Customers Right to Cancel or Reschedule
- If customer cancels or reschedules a class at least seven (7) business days prior to the class start date, Anexinet will issue a full refund of fees paid for class.
- Payment for the course will not be refunded if cancellation is received less than seven (7) business days before the course start date.
- If you wish to send another student in your place, please notify your Anexinet Representative.
Anexinet/BEA Right to Cancel or Reschedule
- BEA Systems/Anexinet Corp. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class at any time.
- If a class is cancelled or rescheduled, BEA Systems/Anexinet Corp. will attempt to notify students ten (10) business days prior to the scheduled class start date.
- BEA Systems/Anexinet Corp. assumes no financial liability for any cancellation fees, including non-refundable airfare. Please keep this in mind when making travel arrangements. BEA Systems/Anexinet Corp. recommends making refundable and/or flexible travel arrangements.
Refunds
Refunds will not be granted after class has begun. If a class is cancelled for any reason, the student will be notified and a refund will be issued in full.
Substitutions
Substitutions may be made at any time. Please advise us in advance of the name change.
PLEASE NOTE: In order for BEA Systems/Anexinet Corp. to anchor a publicly held training event, there are a minimum number of registered students required per class. Therefore, classes are subject to cancellation by BEA Systems/Anexinet Corp. due to low enrollment.
