DLL partnered with Propelics to create a mobile strategy and application that simplifies the financing experience by creating DLL and customer efficiencies in pricing calculations, proposal generation, and point-of-sale closings. Propelics’ proprietary Kickstart methodology provided the framework that resulted in the development and launch of a multi-release award-winning solution.
Before Express Finance, sales representatives relied on multiple sources of information to calculate quotes, which could take several hours to deliver. Using the new app, sales representatives use their smartphones to deliver complex quotes in a matter of seconds, allowing customers to compare different term options as product selections are made. Once a customer decides on an option, sales representatives use the app to send the financing proposal to the customer and submit the transaction for credit approval.
